● Short-term mobility (up to 14 days);

You develop your own mobility plan. It is your responsibility to establish ties and, if applicable, make the necessary agreements with a host/partner(s) in an EU country (up to 10 host organisations per mobility).
You should prepare your plan of activities (work plan) and arrange your itinerary in order to design your mobility. It is recommended that EU partners also be involved in the development of the mobility plan. A clear justification should be given for each mobility day planned.

Are taxes included in the mobility budget?
Taxes are not included in the mobility budget. In many countries, grants are not taxed. Please check with your country of tax residence. Grant recipients are responsible for paying any taxes associated with the receipt of the grant.
How are per diems calculated?
The per diem is a fixed rate that covers the expenses for the mobility period in the country of destination. It includes accommodation, meals, and local travel, including transportation to and from the airport.
● Per diems are calculated based on the number of nights spent at the mobility destination
● Per diems for EU countries are based on the fixed rates provided in the table below
● For long journeys from the home base to the place of mobility, a maximum of one additional per diem may be covered by the programme
● If EU border crossing is necessary, one additional day’s per diem will be covered for the first country of entry into the EU
● If accommodation is provided by EU partners or event organisers, or is paid for out of an attendance fee, a 50% deduction from the per diem shall be applied
● For mobilities longer than 14 nights in one country, the per diem allowance from the 15th night onwards will be calculated as follows: EU per diem x 0.25 x number of nights in the destination country.
Read more about how to calculate the per diem allowance and the rates for each country in the full version of Application Guidelines (see “Documents” section).

How does the application evaluation process work?
The applications will go through a two-stage selection process.
The first stage involves checking that the application meets the technical criteria:
● Compliance of the applicant and the application with the eligibility criteria (citizenship of the Republic of Belarus, no association with sanctioned entities, destination country, format and duration of the mobility, appropriate professional sectors)
● The application form is completed correctly and all required documents have been uploaded.
If your application is in line with the technical criteria, it will be sent to a professional jury of three independent Belarusian experts in your field. They evaluate the application based on the established selection criteria (see Annex 2 of the Application Guidelines).
An email will then be sent to the email address you provide in your account on the application portal with the results of your application review.
