If you have not yet registered with GAP, you will need to do so by clicking on “Create account” or “Register”.
Enter your details to register.
You can register as either an “individual person” or an “organisation/agency”, it makes no difference.
Please note that when registering you will be asked to provide a contact person for further communication. Please write the first and last name of the contact person in Latin characters as shown on the passport.
If you already have an account, you will need to login. Enter the email address and password you used to register and click “Login”.
Next, select “Create new application”.
If you have already registered with GAP, please check that your “Personal data” are up to date (country and place of residence, e-mail) before submitting a new application.
Select “EU4Belarus: MOST IV” funding area.
You will then be taken to the description of the call for mobilities. On the left-hand side, you can also view the application’s table of contents. Click “Next”.
Complete the fields of the application as you go.
Please note that while you are completing your application, you can save it and return to it at a more convenient time. To proceed to filling out the next section of the application, click “Save & next”.
Please note that you will need to upload the following documents in the “Applicant details”, “Details about your event or host organisation” and “Estimated budget of your mobility” sections:
- CV of all participants in any form
- Invitation or confirmation from the host (if attendance is paid, state this in the application, attach screenshots from the event website)
- Mobility budget (the budget template with instructions on how to fill it in can be downloaded from the application form or from the “Documents” section of the website)
To submit your application for review, click “Send” at the bottom of the form.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration once you have submitted your application. This email will also include your unique application number. Please use this number in the subject line of your email when communicating with the MOST IV team regarding your application.
Approximately 5 weeks after submission, a response based on the results of the expert review will be sent to the email address provided.
