Today, we’re highlighting a study visit to Bonn by specialists from a Belarusian NGO working in the field of sustainable development, made possible through the MOST programme. The aim of this mobility was to learn from the experiences of German organisations.
The professionals visited a number of organisations, consultancy centres and universities in Bonn, Germany, to learn about issues and strategies for developing social entrepreneurship and housing policy, and attended a conference on the green economy and international cooperation at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability.
“All the meetings, conferences, study visits, and multilateral negotiations proved to be highly professionally valuable for every member of our group. We have been able to establish many promising professional contacts, which can form the basis for joint scientific projects and research. New facts, innovative ideas and examples of successful German projects can be used in various areas of our professional activities — in science, in teaching and in working with local communities”, shared the mobility participants.
The MOST+ project is a mobility programme promoting professional exchanges between Belarusians and their colleagues from EU countries. It is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut.
